Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
